Fresh off their inaugural “Coming to America International Fashion & Business Tour” in one of the world’s richest countries in beauty and resources, Lagos, Nigeria, Global Modeling Concept and Sieylan Creations are bringing fresh faces and striking beauty from the West down to Lagos, Nigeria for the second African installment of the fashion-based platform. On Tuesday, June 6, the “Coming to America” Fashion Show will start it’s 4-day extravaganza on Victoria Island, at Lagos hip and trendy Muson Arts Center, for four potential-packed days, to present Nigeria’s top models and talents discovered in 2016 and 2017.

Joe Ugonna, founder and president of Global Modeling Concepts excitedly states, “This is an intentional effort for us to present what we consider the crème de le crème of Nigerian models to American based agencies in an effort to bridge the gap and share the beauty of such an amazing country.  The best-case scenario would be all of the presented models being contracted by the conclusion of the event.” ‎

“With our events, Joe and I want to present the next iconic African models to America”, said Yashica Caffee, founder and CEO of Sieylan Creations. “Africa has produced some of the world’s most successful models. ‘Coming to America’ will give undiscovered talent from America, Nigeria and other African countries an opportunity to be discovered.”

Co-hosted by Ella Samba, the invitation-only evening will not only present an opportunity for celebrated and distinguished agencies to procure new talent, but will also feature a runway show featuring fashion designers from Nigeria and a soiree immediately following.

The “Coming to America International Fashion and Business Tour” will take place on Friday, June 9, 2017 on the trendy Victoria Island, in Lagos Nigeria. (THIS EVENT WILL BE LIVE STREAMED GLOBALLY) For more information about this event and registration, please visit:
